Solution: The software vendor offers instructor-led training that begins with basic orientation and gradually expands into more complex functionalities. The finance team, for instance, gets trained on budgeting and forecasting features while the sales team learns to interpret the dashboard analytics of sales data. Considerations

A mature vendor should have full training manuals, hands-on exercises, and follow-up materials.
